3D MODELLING

This is the first step in the realization of a 3D CAD model. In this phase we follow the indications and the inputs coming from the style research to realize the first virtual model in 3D. It is also the phase where we continue the search for style and modify the volumes until we find the right balance between technique and style. These virtual models can be realized with 3D modeling softwares according to types of surface constructions:

• MESH   ( surfaces C-class )
• NURBS  ( surfaces C-class )
• BEZIER  ( surfaces C-class )

In this phase the CAS mathematics are analyzed and corrected, modifying them and improving them, following technical constraints, to prepare them for the subsequent stages of production. The “Master” phase can no longer be changed in style and must be carried out according to existing standards and regulations in the reference industry. Usually these phases are also defined:

• BEZIER ( Surfaces A-class )
